Parish Meetings

With effect from March 2023, Parish Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday in January, March, May, July, September and November.
 
Unless otherwise stated, meetings take place at the Dalham Village Hall, starting at 7:45pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend. 

There is an Open Forum, at the start of each meeting. The Open Forum is an opportunity for members of the public to speak to councillors informally about items on the agenda. 

After the Open Forum, members of the public may stay and observe the rest of the meeting but are not allowed to address the Council.
 

The dates for 2025/26 meetings are:

  • 14 May 2025 (AGM and APM)
  • 09 July 2025
  • 10 September 2025
  • 12 November 2025
  • 14 January 2026
  • 11 March 2026
